japjapvan (Forest Charm Ltd) ships Japanese skincare, haircare, and daily essentials to Canada on a pre-order basis. This catalog is not fulfilled from a Vancouver warehouse.
How shipping works
After you pay, we purchase the item in Japan, pack it into a haul, ship the haul from Japan to Canada, then complete local delivery. First shipment typically leaves about one month after checkout.
Tracking is sent when the Canadian last-mile delivery starts, not on the day you pay.
Delivery area
Default delivery is Metro Vancouver and British Columbia. Other Canadian addresses may be possible. Contact us before you order so we can confirm the haul route and timing.
Cost, tax, and duties
Listed prices are intended to include our Japan-to-Canada freight. GST/PST and any duties or brokerage appear at checkout. You are responsible for amounts shown as due when you pay.
Delays and missing items
Cross-border hauls can be delayed by carriers, customs, weather, or sourcing. If an item cannot be sourced, we will contact you and refund that item. Email info@japjapvan.com with your order number for shipping questions.
