How it works
japjapvan is not a Vancouver warehouse. After we receive your pre-order, we buy the item in Japan, ship the haul to Canada, then complete local delivery.

Step 1
We receive your pre-order
You pre-order and pay at checkout. That creates the order immediately. We do not pick the item from local stock — there is no Vancouver warehouse for this catalog.

Step 2
We buy it in Japan
With your order in hand, we purchase the same Japanese skincare and daily essentials from Japanese shelves, then check seals and authenticity before anything is packed.

Step 3
The haul ships Japan → Canada
Orders are batched into a haul from Japan to Canada. This is why first shipment is typically about one month after checkout, not the next morning.

Step 4
Local delivery in Canada
After the haul lands, we arrange last-mile delivery in Metro Vancouver and British Columbia. You get a shipping notification when that local leg starts.
Ships in about 1 month
Checkout is a pre-order. You pay now; we buy in Japan after the order is received; the box travels Japan to Canada; then we deliver locally. First shipment is typically about one month after you pay.
