How the haul gets to your door
You pre-order now. We buy in Japan, ship to Canada, then deliver locally. The box typically leaves about one month after checkout.

Pay at checkout to pre-order. Checkout creates the order immediately; we do not ship from a local warehouse the next morning.

We buy in Japan
After we receive the order, we buy the same Japanese skincare and daily essentials from Japanese shelves, then check seals and authenticity.

Japan → Canada haul
Orders are batched into a haul from Japan to Canada. This is why products show Ships in 1 month.

Local delivery
Once the haul lands, we send last-mile delivery to Metro Vancouver and BC. You get a shipping notification when that leg starts.

First shipment typically leaves about one month after you pay. You are billed at checkout. We fulfill after we buy and pack in Japan — not on a next-day local promise.

Pre-order means you reserve the item now. We buy it in Japan after the order is received. It is not a monthly auto-charge. Place another pre-order when you want the next haul.

Metro Vancouver and British Columbia are the default. If you are elsewhere in Canada, contact us first so we can confirm whether this haul can include your address.
